This Privacy Policy explains how Wiki of Automation (“we,” “our,” or “us”) manages technical and operational information regarding the AutoNode WordPress plugin (Free and Pro editions), the AutoNode Licensing Server, and our support portal at https://autonode.wikiofautomation.com.

2. Information We DO NOT Collect

Unlike centralized SaaS automation gateways that route your articles through foreign cloud proxies, AutoNode executes directly on your own WordPress server. Specifically:

• No Content Harvesting: We do not log, transmit, or cache the contents of posts, pages, custom post types, excerpts, or comments created via the AutoNode REST API.
• No AI Prompt or LLM Key Access: Your API keys for OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude, DeepSeek, Groq, or self-hosted Ollama models are processed exclusively in your n8n workflow or script; AutoNode never receives or stores your LLM provider credentials.
• No Media Relaying: Media downloaded via the AutoNode Atomic Image Sideload engine is fetched directly by your server from the specified remote URL directly into your WordPress Media Library.
• No Third-Party Ad Tracking: We do not inject tracking pixels, advertisements, or third-party behavioral trackers into your WordPress admin or frontend.

3. Information We Collect & How It Is Used

We process only the minimum technical parameters necessary to facilitate software license activations, deliver automatic security updates, and process support requests:

A. License Validation & Fleet Telemetry (Pro Tier)

When you input your AutoNode Pro license key, the plugin connects to our secure license server (autonode-licenses.wikiofautomation.com) using cryptographic HMAC verification:

• License key status and activation domain name.
• Software version of AutoNode, WordPress core version, and PHP version (for compatibility verification).
• Server IP address (used strictly for rate limiting and fraud prevention).

B. Human Approval Gateway Magic Links

Magic approval links generated by AutoNode for editorial review utilize ephemeral, cryptographically signed tokens generated on your own WordPress site. Tokens are verified locally on your database and are never transmitted to Wiki of Automation servers.

C. Technical Support Inquiries

When you submit a ticket via our support desk or email (inquiry@autonode.wikiofautomation.com), we collect your name, email address, inquiry topic, and any diagnostic logs you willingly provide.

4. Cryptographic Security Standards

We implement stringent security controls to safeguard all transmitted license and telemetry data:

• Encrypted Transport: All API communication is strictly enforced over TLS 1.3/HTTPS.
• HMAC-SHA256 Signatures: License verification payloads are cryptographically signed to prevent tampering and replay attacks.
• WordPress Core Standards: AutoNode enforces WordPress capability checks, nonces, and input sanitization (sanitize_text_field, wp_kses_post) to safeguard against unauthorized access.

5. Third-Party Integrations

AutoNode connects with local WordPress plugins and automation frameworks:

• Rank Math & Yoast SEO: Metadata is written directly to your WordPress database tables (wp_postmeta). No schema data is shared externally.
• n8n / Zapier / Make: Payload delivery between your workflow automation engine and AutoNode is direct and encrypted.

6. GDPR, CCPA & Global Compliance
